Monique and her team were amazing, really accommodating, and the place was super clean. What a lovely spot. I'll definitely stay again. Well done, guys!

Greystone Guesthouse made it easy to enjoy Jeffreys Bay. We could leave the car in secure parking and walk to Nina’s for dinner, Supertubes for a surf, the World Famous Point Break, or SuperSpar for groceries. The location is hard to beat, with a peaceful, comfortable stay close to everything. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well appointed, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. Breakfast was a generous, delicious spread that set us up for the day. A fantastic stay.

I stayed there with my daughter and have never felt so uncomfortable. The owner kept looking at my 12 year old daughter in a way that felt inappropriate, leaving her frightened and uneasy. She couldn't sleep all night. As we left, he made a disturbing comment about my chest. I found the owner and the business disgusting. Please think carefully before booking a night here.

I didn't stay and asked for a refund because Monique expected someone to manage all those stairs and uneven ground. She was rude and completely unreasonable. Looking back, I think the experience could have got worse before I left. It was more like one star, and not worth it. The owner later gave a really good response and said she could arrange alternative accommodation at her cost, but that was never discussed at the time. She called me aggressive, though I was only giving my opinion, which apparently I'm not allowed to do. The right thing would have been to meet the client halfway and sort it out. Maybe you need to get your school fees back, since someone clearly missed the lesson about treating clients with respect and hospitality. Her reply showed the same rudeness and lack of hospitality. Good luck treating future clients the way you treated me.
