The facilities were good, the Wi-Fi was the fastest we've had in SA, the pool was nice, the place was well maintained, and the service was friendly. Our apartment room was spacious and clean. We stayed as a family with two small kids. We slept badly both nights because the bedroom felt hot and stuffy even though it was chilly outside and had been all day. The air conditioning was noisy. There was no fresh air unless we opened the small window, but then mosquitoes came in, with no window net, and the outside lights were far too bright. It felt like choosing between two bad options. The kitchen had no pans, cutting knife, or dishwashing supplies, which seemed strange. Why provide a kitchen if there's nothing to use it with? The restaurant was okay, with a pretty basic menu, just one brand of mediocre wine, and no special drinks. Breakfast, though, was really good. There was no baby chair, a small thing to arrange that would help families a lot.

We stayed in Room 109 at BlackBrick Bedfordview from 24-26 December, my girlfriend and I, and everything exceeded what we expected. The place was clean and beautiful, with a great atmosphere, and we really enjoyed our time there. The restaurant stood out for its good food and excellent vibe. Most of all, the staff made us feel welcome the whole way through. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the service was awesome. I'd recommend BlackBrick Bedfordview and would love to return. Thanks for a memorable stay!

The food won me over, especially the Biryani dish, so credit to the chefs who own that kitchen. Senderwood has a calming feel, and the hotel suits its surroundings. From the gate through check-in, the staff were as delightful as you could hope for. Rooms are tidy, and the study cubicles and workstations are a thoughtful touch for the kinds of guests they serve today. It's conveniently located near the O.R Tamb Int airport and close to a shopping complex and golf course, with everything just the right distance away. A nice escape within the city.

There's co-working space and private pods, which are handy for people traveling for work. The rooms are neat, and the hotel also has a pool, gym, and paddle court. Lots of ponds and flowers make for nice views, and it's close to JHB airport.

I booked a weekend break from Johannesburg's hustle and found a pleasant, good-value stay at BlackBrick Bedfordview. The place feels like a small boutique oasis, with a soothing garden, outdoor pool, padel court, co-working nooks, a small gym, and a restaurant that was quiet enough for a relaxed breakfast. My studio-size apartment had a fully equipped kitchenette, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, free parking, and comfortable air conditioning. The modern room was spotless, and daily housekeeping kept it fresh. Staff were exceptionally friendly, and reception went out of its way to help with a warm smile. The location worked well, near O.R. Tambo airport, a short drive from Sandton, and surrounded by little cafés and shops. The price felt fair for the amenities and service. A pleasant stay for a quiet getaway or a business trip.
