We’ll be back whenever we need a break from life’s troubles. Before checking out, we had a delicious breakfast served with a smile. The previous evening, the staff had set up a warm, inviting bonfire just for the two of us and brought hot chocolate to enjoy by it. We chose a package that began with a tour of the facilities, then had a relaxing, professional massage session. Afterward, we used the sauna and soaked in the Jacuzzi. The guest lodge is in a peaceful little part of bedfordview, with spacious rooms and a lovely aesthetic. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had a great extended layover here. It’s central and close to the airport, and the manager was very attentive while the staff were friendly. The spa, sauna and jacuzzi were all spotless. Next time I visit Jozi, I’ll bring the family and use the braai area by the pool.

We booked the full-day spa package for my girlfriend’s birthday, expecting a nice celebration, but it was a terrible experience and I regret not cancelling and asking for a refund. Staff were still scrambling to get things ready when we arrived. With just one masseuse on duty, we waited 1.5 hours for our turn at each activity, so I left to shop and pass the time. When we were showering, the receptionist stood at the door asking whether we had taken the gowns, which felt accusatory. The gowns were ridiculously small, clearly for kids. I’d seen great reviews, so this was really disappointing.

We had a great time at goodnight guest lodge for the last few days of our honeymoon. We wanted somewhere with wellness facilities at an affordable price, and the place is close to shopping malls and restaurants in a safe neighborhood. The people working there know how to look after guests, and they were flexible about check-in time and getting the room ready. My first phone contact felt good and helped us decide to book. I’d recommend visiting.

Skyeld was professional and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. I’d give the service 6 stars if I could.
