Visitors seem to be left waiting at the gate for a long time, and the repeated hooting, sometimes at odd hours in the morning, is disturbing residents and disrupting the peace of the community. Could the security team respond to visitors more attentively or use a quicker way to contact them? I’m confident we can find a way to make things more comfortable for all residents. The walls are very thin, and the apartments have cheap finishes that don’t seem built to last. There’s constant construction, so you’ll have to clean your place every day. Repairs take a while, and you end up reporting the same problem over and over, like water leaking into your apartment.
Construction never seems to end, and the online ads are misleading. There’s no pool, gym or study pods as yet. I’ve had the same plumbing problem, water leaking outside my unit, for 3 months now. The walls have no soundproofing, so you can literally hear your neighbor on a call. The only good thing about this building is the building manager. Staying here is a joke.
The leak in my apartment took 5 months to fix. Whenever it rained, I had to keep mopping and move all my electric devices onto raised surfaces. Sometimes they won’t buy deisel, so during loadshedding you have to climb the stairs. Don’t get an apartment on the 5th floor. The pump is electric too, so good luck with water. There’s also constant construction and renovation, and you’ll be cleaning up the residual dust.
The staff are friendly, and management is easy to deal with. I like staying here. The rooms are comfortable, with a fan in the bathroom for ventilation. The place is still being developed, and it seems to get better each week.
