Look, look, look, it’s a safe, pretty hygienic place with friendly staff. I felt comfortable and at peace there, and the service was a bit odd, though I suppose they meant well. I’d definitely hide out here if I felt insecure 😂😂😂🤣. I loved the tall trees, quiet, low noise, and the air quality. It could use a gym, maybe a small internet cafe, and perhaps a laundromat.

We enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised online: beautiful, neat, simple and classy, with real value for money. The service was great, and the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.

Check-in was smooth, and the night staff were welcoming and made us comfortable when we arrived. The next morning, though, the front desk staff member on duty, Stephen, was hostile, rude and unprofessional. She showed no empathy or remorse and seemed unconcerned about how her actions affected us. Communication and respect matter in customer service, and neither was there. Seeing her shout and bang on the door was frustrating and unacceptable, and it spoiled what had otherwise been a pleasant stay.

It’s easy to check in, and the staff are friendly. The room amenities are up to standard. There’s construction going on at the moment, which is a slight issue, though they did apologise about it. I’ll definitely come back.

We found a staff member's used sex energy booster packet among our belongings in the wardrobe, and our things had been tampered with. I wouldn't recommend the Melrose again. I've stayed at the other ones and they were great.
