Impecto Guest House

The staff were so welcoming and even offered to carry our luggage. Impecto guesthouse was in a perfect location and really came through for me and my colleague. Thanks to Phume for hosting us. We’ll definitely recommend the place to our colleagues for future stays.

The room was quiet and fine for an overnight stay, and we slept well. It had the usual hotel-room furnishings, plus a kettle, tea and coffee, and a hairdryer. The bathroom setup was awkward, though: it’s separated from the room only by frosted glass that stops short of the ceiling, so there’s hardly any privacy, which you can’t tell from the pictures. The kitchen door was inside the room. We assumed it was shared, which was fine since we planned to cook, but it was very bare, with just one wine glass, and looked a bit grubby. Finding the place took some effort. You enter the Tiger Lodge grounds through a gate, then drive right past Impecto Guesthouse because there aren’t any signs or directions. Check-in was at Tiger Lodge, but the booking confirmation didn’t mention that. We were given directions and shown where to park, and didn’t see anyone at the guesthouse itself.
