The outdoor chairs were dirty, the braai was falling apart, and the swimming area needs attention. The facilities look worn, and even the staff clothing seemed out of date. The Booking.com photos don't match what we found. When I asked at reception to buy a drink, I was told everything was out of stock. I wasn't convinced they intended to sell drinks at all. This place is a disgrace and not inviting to use.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a lovely, quiet place to relax, with a spacious room and a nice patio outside. The staff were helpful and made sure we were comfortable, especially Oscar and the young lady with glasses, whose name I've unfortunately forgotten. Shout out to Nelson too, who drove us around and to the airport in his clean, comfortable car. It's close to the airport, hospital, and mall. I'd recommend it. Cheers!!! Smarties Botswana

Breakfast was more than enough to get the day started, and the accommodation is good, with shops and places to eat an easy drive away. It's also handy for an overnight stay near O.R.Tambo airport. Just be careful with the route your GPS suggests, as the potholes are enormous and can swallow a vehicle. There are other routes with few or no potholes, though they take a little longer and have more traffic.

After a family wedding, we arrived to check in at about 23:30 on Saturday and were told our room had been given to someone else. We'd booked, paid, and confirmed a week earlier. We had to drive home exhausted, which was dangerous, and got there at 1:30am. This place is a disaster. Don't book here, they have no idea how to run a guesthouse.

The peaceful patio was such a nice place to unwind, and the staff kept our room beautifully clean. Deseray made sure we had a heater and heated blankets, and she arranged an early check-in for our very early flight from France. When I was ill around the time we needed to switch rooms, she also found us another room so we could extend our stay by a night. Our room was lovely, with a spacious bath and shower. Honestly, one of the best guest houses I've stayed in, and I'd come back.
