The Exclusive Guest House

Everything was good, and it was very quiet. The rooms were calm, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a good range of choices. It’s easy to get to, with the railway nearby and not far to walk. The mall and taxis are also close, and you can buy food nearby if you’re using the self-catering option.

I haven’t stayed here, but the people are very rude and don’t seem to be well liked in the community. They play loud music for days without considering the neighbours. If that’s how they act, I’d hate to see how they treat their guests.

We live close enough to Exclusive to hear what goes on, and these past few weekends it’s made our family feel like we’re in a club. It may be a lekker jol for whoever’s celebrating, but Sunday morning isn’t so lekker for the rest of us. I’d welcome a conversation with Exclusive’s owner so we can reach an understanding.

When I got to Kedis to check in, they told me my booking had been declined. I showed proof that I’d paid, but they still denied receiving the payment. I didn’t stay there, and I’ll be filing a fraud claim with my bank since I have proof of payment.
