The lagoon looks lovely from the terrace and little pool, and the location is convenient for the price. Breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly. I’d choose one of the pricier rooms, though. The garden-view room was cramped, hot, and noisy, while the bay-view room I’d stayed in before was much bigger, more comfortable, and quieter. Recommended.

We loved the modern suites, especially the gorgeous bathroom and balcony view. The hotel was lovely, the food was great, and they had good alcoholic drinks too. Everyone on staff was really friendly.

The big fire in Knysna in mid-2017 meant the hotel was gone at the time. Hopefully it gets reopened.
