The people running this place really know how to look after guests. It’s also clean and well maintained, a solid place to stay in Kokstad.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly. The only problem was a group arriving around 8pm and making a lot of noise. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The lady at check-in was welcoming, and there was tea and coffee in the room. Food can be delivered too, with phone numbers provided there. I was comfortable for my one-night stay at 44, with plenty of towels and a warm, cozy bed. The electric blanket was a nice touch 😊. I had no complaints and would definitely come back.

We needed somewhere at the last minute in Kokstad, and 44 on Brownlee turned out to be better than we expected. It was clean, quiet, and a welcome stop after a long day driving. Just watch out for the potholes in Kokstad and on the R56 inland, some are really bad.

Even though we arrived late, Vivian made sure we had everything we needed. The place felt comfortable and secure for an overnight stop. Thanks for the great service!
