The staff were friendly and professional. I booked three nights and only got one tissue, so that’s where the missing star goes.

I couldn’t sleep because of the noise, and I was so tired that I left my meeting. I ended up parking on the N2 and sleeping in the car. If the other two guest houses up there are full next time we book, please don’t reserve this place for me. Thanks to the owner and the guy working there for arranging for us to leave by Wednesday and sleep somewhere else.

It’s an affordable place that seems to be improving, and I’d book again when I’m around Kokstad. It’s close to the mall, with some nice pubs nearby.

I keep booking this place for meetings, and they really deliver on the conference side, which gets four stars from me 🥰🥰. I’d give the rooms about two stars because I’ve heard quite a few complaints and my own stay wasn’t that impressive. I still appreciate them a lot for the warm welcome and the care they show.

I felt the place was safe, and it isn’t bad overall. The TVs, electricity, and beds do need attention, either maintenance or replacement.
