Walking among the animals and feeling part of nature was magical. It felt like being pampered while living the life of an explorer from the 1800s. I've never had a safari like it.

James, Amos and the team gave us memories we'll carry for a lifetime. The setting is beautiful and full of African wildlife, and the lodgings are intimate and comfortable. With expert guiding, it was an amazing way to feel connected to the African wilderness. I'd highly recommend it. Thank you. X

Plains Camp was gorgeous, and I really recommend staying there. My guides, James and Amos, were friendly, knew so much and made the whole experience incredible. I had the best time at Rhino Walking Safaris. Definitely go, you won't regret it!

The staff went above and beyond to make the stay special. Thank you to Darryl, Amos, Trinity, William and Precious for such an incredible experience. Our walks at Rhino Walking Safaris Plains Camp turned out to be a highlight of the trip. We saw many animals on foot, including big game, which we hadn't expected. Being out in their natural environment with nothing around for kilometers felt so unique. The sightings were every bit as exciting as those from a safari vehicle, even though we couldn't get as close. We always felt safe with our guides Darryl and Amos. We'd expected something like the usual bush walks at safari lodges, where you mostly see tracks and plants. This was completely different and far exceeded what we imagined.

Our guides Andrew and Albino took us through Krüger National Park, where we spotted lots of animals that are active at night. Earlier, the morning walks had been a great way to start the day, and we spent the afternoon in the rather cold pool. We also went for a sunset walk, followed by a long drive back to camp. We stayed at the Rhino walking camp for two days. The welcome was warm, and the staff introduced us to the camp. We loved our rooms and their African, nature-filled feel. The dinners were excellent, with African specialties, and we enjoyed the second one before bed too.
