We came from Pretoria for our Special Campaign and spent a wonderful week at Zinzanathi. Ms. Vuyi and her colleagues were great, made us feel welcome, and it felt like home away from home. If we get another chance to visit Ladysmith, we know where we'll stay. Thank you so much 🥰🥰

It was my first time staying here, and thank goodness it was only for one night. My experience was horrible. The owner called us guests to a meeting and kept talking about other guesthouses harassing his wife over how he runs his business. He said we could either accept how he does things or leave, and that too many people from the same department shouldn't book with him for a long time. I was completely stunned. The rooms aren't even nice.

The room and service were perfect, and the shower for two was clean and just right. We arrived late at night, past 11pm, but were still welcomed. The place was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. Wifi connection was perfect. Breakfast was okay, though next time I might ask about specific breakfast foods before arriving. Parking was perfect too.
