For me, this complex gets 10/10. Nivica lifestyle apartments is a very modern, state-of-the-art community, with short-term rentals through Airbnb, booking.com, lekkerslap and other services, as well as permanent residents. The body corporate clearly cares about the place, and it’s well managed and maintained. Everything works, and the address is convenient. Laguna mall is nearby and has most essentials, within walking distance if you aren’t carrying a big shop. The visitor parking is unfortunately outside.

The apartment is spacious, lovely and very clean, with all the amenities. It feels safe and is right by the mall. Definitely worth the price.

The views are magnificent, with the sea and mountains in sight and Mykonos across from Olifantskop, Nivica apartments. It’s peaceful and has all the amenities, including a pool and braai facilities at each apartment. There’s a shopping centre close by if you need anything. It’s child-friendly, with child locks and restrictions around the pool area. During loadshedding, emergency lights come on outside the apartments, along the walkways and on the staircases. There’s also an operable lift for disabled guests and wheelchair users.

We had a comfortable, clean apartment and enjoyed the pool. The West coast weather was delightfully on our side too. We had a lovely time.
