The building itself was fine, but dealing with management was really frustrating. I knew checkout was at 10am, yet they kept sending reminders and nagging about it, which felt like too much. The beds were so uncomfortable that I barely slept, and there wasn't any coffee or tea. It reminded me how much I prefer staying in hotels. I enjoy visiting Margate, but I won't stay here again.

The apartments are well maintained and the ocean view is great. The problem is the dog mess in the parking area. Even though the signs say no pets, some people bring dogs and leave the mess behind, so you have to steer around it with your car. Not impressed.

We'd stayed in a sea-facing unit before, and this past weekend tried one without a sea view. It was just as lovely, with gorgeous views and amenities at Santorini. The holiday apartments are great, and the location is perfect.

From cutlery and crockery to towels and an extra blanket, our place had everything we needed. We were on the third floor in Block A and had awesome sea views. It was neat and tidy, with a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher too.

It had all the comforts of home. We had an enjoyable trip, and the place was clean and smelled pleasant. Extra blankets were there for the winter chill.
