I regret booking this accommodation for my family. Two relatives left things behind, a phone charger in one room and an adapter in another. We only noticed when we got home, so I drove back to the accommodation that same day, hoping a cleaner had found them and could return them. I was disappointed to be told nothing had been found while cleaning. They said I should be more careful not to leave personal items behind next time. We experienced the same problems mentioned in the bad reviews, and I wish I’d paid more attention to them.

The room didn’t provide what was advertised, and the customer service was very bad. The lady had no time for me.

There was no water during our stay, so we couldn’t use the loo. When we complained, staff members laughed. The customer service was bad, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We booked a week ahead for two nights, but the room was filthy and putrid when we arrived. Dead cockroaches were in the cupboards and on the floor, and the room hadn’t been swept or maintained. The customer service was useless and pathetic. We asked for it to be cleaned, but that didn’t help, and we managed only one unbearable night. What we found was nothing like the online pictures. My advice is not to waste your money or time here.
