Given really went out of his way for us. We got a flat tyre before leaving on 6th April, and he helped without us even having to ask. We also had trouble with the trailer, and he assisted with that too. There were just us ladies, and he looked after us like sisters. He's a humble guy, and you're lucky to have him on staff. From arrival until we left, everyone made us feel welcome and at ease. Given was especially professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. Please pass our thanks on to the whole team, and a personal thank you to Given from the ladies in Tent 7. We had a special stay and hope to return.

The braai worked like a charm, and the accommodation itself is thoughtfully laid out. We also found the daily servicing made things so much easier. From the friendly welcome at reception to the great vibe, we loved the whole stay.

If you want some peace and quiet, this is the place to go. I've been coming to Jackalberry regularly for the past 15 years, and they've always been organised and efficient. Service is what you'd expect.

Our only complaint is that we should've booked a longer stay. The bedding was soft and clean, the bathroom was lovely and spotless, and the towels were amazing. The small kitchen had everything we needed, and the splash pool was super clean. Getting to see and spend time around the wildlife was the cherry on top. Would recommend, 10/10.

Waking up with wild animals right at the doorstep was lovely, and I really liked the room design. Having two private pools was a treat, too. The staff were friendly and the service was great. I'd love to visit again.
