The animals were the best part. Kudu, wildebeest, mongoose, pumba and others just wander over and join you. The meat at breakfast and lunch was very good, and there was always cold beer. We had a wonderful week at Mvuradona, though a few things could use attention: the wardrobe smelled so bad we didn't want to put clothes in it, and the room had a bathtub. The wooden pool deck wasn't well maintained, there weren't enough loungers for all the guests, and the vegetarian food and coffee were disappointing.

We enjoyed the cozy, familiar feel of the accommodation, and wildlife encounters nearby were a regular thing. The space was nice. Staying in marloth park does come with more rules than you might expect.

What started as a stressful, unplanned stop at Mvuradona Safari Lodge became something we felt really grateful for. The team welcomed us with so much care and patience, and made us feel at home even though we hadn't planned to stay. The lodge is peaceful and full of charm, with cozy rooms, relaxing shared spaces and nature and wildlife all around. It has a warm, family-like feel that made us comfortable and safe. Thank you to everyone at Mvuradona for the kindness, generosity and smiles. You made a real difference to us. We'd love to return one day and will remember this place fondly.

Rihann was a fantastic safari guide, and the food was great. It's a lovely place to stay, with a great view into the kruger.

The food made locally was good, and the views from the Crocodile river were stunning. We had little interaction with the owners or employees, though everyone we met was friendly.
