We made the late decision to carry on to Marloth instead of stopping overnight, and our host still welcomed us at 23:00. They took time to show us how everything worked, even that late. The cottage is compact but new, modern, and luxurious, with a lovely private deck and splash pool. The weather was perfect, so we could relax outside well into the evening.

Wildlife came right up to our private patio while we unwound beside the splash pool, which made our stay feel almost magical. Terrapin is a stylish, luxuriously furnished studio set in the bush in Marloth Park. It’s a wonderful spot for a couple wanting to get away from everything, and would make a perfect honeymoon destination. Thank you, Paul and Les, for an unforgettable stay. Brad and Dee
