The food was nice, but there was only one waiter handling breakfast today. The aircon was nice and cold, though noisy. There wasn't enough water pressure for a bath, and the rooms didn't look like the pictures on Booking.com.

The full-body massage was incredibly relaxing, and the treatment room made it easy to settle in, with soft lighting, peaceful music and welcome air conditioning on a hot day. I loved the thoughtful setup, from the check-in forms to the private changing rooms and lockers. The whole visit felt calming. I’ll definitely go again.

We’ve used Leaves spa for years, so this was a real disappointment. We were away from Nelspruit and called a week ago to arrange and pay for a birthday gift voucher. We followed up by email with proof of payment, then called again when it didn’t arrive. The birthday has passed, and despite promises, we still haven’t received the voucher. Do better, Leaves Spa.

I emailed during a holiday to book for the following day, expecting they might not be working that day but would still get the message. There was no reply, even after I sent a second email the next day.

The view was amazing, and breakfast was lovely. Such a beautiful, relaxing place. I’d happily stay again.
