I was very unhappy. The quality was very poor and it was expensive for what we got. There were no shower caps, lotion or bedside lights. The food was full of flies, and when I told the staff about the flies on the breakfast buffet, nothing was done.

The pool area was a nice spot to unwind or get some work done, and the location is great. The rooms and toilets could use more attention to cleaning.

My room was serviced every day, which I appreciated, and the hotel met my needs even if it isn't a five-star place. Illanga Mall is right next door, so the shops are an easy walk away. The neighborhood is busy, but that didn't bother me during most of my stay. Friday night was a different story: it seems there's a nightclub nearby, and the noise and partying got very intense. I'd avoid booking here on a Friday evening. The units can be used for self-catering, but you have to ask reception for kitchen utensils.

The breakfast was honestly very good, and the rooms felt spacious and well equipped. I felt at home there. It was peaceful and not crowded, and the staff looked after guests. When something on the menu wasn't available, they explained it in a friendly way and were easy to understand.

Casper was hands-on from the first day we booked our four-day conference, and he really made sure we got good service. The hotel did a great job throughout, and we enjoyed every minute of the conference.
