Our room smelled foul, like a wet dog had been staying there, and the building was really loud. The hospitality was poor, and one day we were told to evacuate the premises, not asked, told. When we arrived after a long drive, the room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait an extra hour. The place seemed clean at first, but then we found cockroaches in the food we’d left on the counter and kept finding many more. All in all, a pathetic experience. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Cindy and Theresa were always available and accommodating, and management was hands-on. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean, safe, and quiet. It’s close to everything, too. We had an excellent experience. Highly recommend it, and keep up the good work!

Whenever we're in Nelspruit, SunShine Self Catering will be our choice. The owner and staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, and everything they had promised and communicated was handled so well. It was the best place to stay, and we're grateful for the wonderful hosting.

The staff welcomed us so warmly, and we loved the beautiful setting. The place was clean, with lovely flowers hanging from the trees around it. Take a look at my pictures, it's a must-see spot. We really enjoyed being there.
