The owners of African Footprints Lodge are so kind and generous, and they really care about the community. When there's no water, they share what they have with people who need it, without hesitation. That says a lot about them. The lodge is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. Staying here feels like more than just having a place to sleep, it's a real experience of care, warmth, and community spirit. Highly recommended.

We didn't stay at the accommodation, but our area had no water for about five days, and African footprints offered water to every resident who needed it. My family and I really appreciate your generosity. It will be greatly rewarded. This shows what kind of people own the place. If they treat strangers with that much love, imagine how they treat their guests.

I travel at least twice a month and stay in different places, but I wasn't satisfied here. The rooms need attention and were grubby, and the people at check-in weren't very friendly. I had booked and paid for breakfast, but decided not to go because I didn't feel comfortable. The last straw was a cleaner trying to unlock my door at 8.30am. Thank goodness I'd left my key in the door. I'll never stay here again.

The gardens are neat, the parking feels very secure, and the lodge is peaceful, clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff are professional and really friendly. The food was amazing, especially the very good breakfast. There's a bar, a pool, tranquil gardens, and entertainment areas, and it's close to amenities. Thank you for making my stay a good experience.

Right in the middle of commercially booming Midrand, this one hectare garden oasis has a wide range of facilities, with options for both active guests and people who want to relax. The garden cottages are a lovely place to unwind after a day at the office or sightseeing. The main house, where the bar/lounge is, has a livelier feel.
