The location is lovely, with a nice view of the waterpark and ocean. Communication before we booked was good, too. But after checking into one of the apartments with my family this afternoon, we found the inside was a very different story from the clean-looking exterior. At first it seemed nice, then we noticed how dirty it was. The floors and shower were filthy, and there were so many cockroaches in the kitchen we couldn't keep count. They're crawling everywhere, which is disgusting. The apartment also needs some renovation and attention. The shower door won't close fully, the hinges on the ensuite bathroom doors are broken, and the TV remote is loose. I'm very disappointed and disgusted. The rest of the place is poor and dirty. 😞
