I was here recently for a work trip and enjoyed my stay. The view was breathtaking, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the team was friendly and helpful. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone.

We could have spent hours on the balcony watching the lake and wildlife. The setting is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, and the lounge areas are comfortable for relaxing or getting some work done. The food is delicious, with quite a few drinks to choose from at reasonable prices. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will do anything for you. The owners are down to earth, reasonable people, and the best to deal with. Staying at Kingfisher lodge felt like a dream. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

The food was very tasty, but the curry felt pricey, especially since they couldn't provide condiments when I asked. After I ordered by phone, the meals were brought to our room because there wasn't space except outside on the verandah. The staff were friendly, though not accommodating, and the kitchen closed at 7.30 pm.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were neat and clean, with a great view, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely too.

A handy location for business trips, with friendly, helpful staff and a very good breakfast selection. It would be nice if the room had a hair dryer and the WiFi connected automatically.
