Breakfast was well above average, and Sarina made the booking process a pleasure. My wife and I found the staff respectful and helpful from arrival throughout our stay. We'd happily recommend this BnB to other couples.

At Charlotte's B&B, Ann made sure we had a great stay and suggested plenty of places to visit around South Africa. Our room was kept very clean, and even our clothes were folded. Breakfast was very good too. I don't think I've had better service.

Coming back from a long day on site to a quiet, clean and comfortable place with a lovely view was a treat. It was the first business trip of my life that felt like a holiday.

The breakfast was a daily highlight, with something a little different each morning. I stayed at Charlotte's for a week while visiting from the UK for an academic conference, and the new accommodation was clean and comfortable. Ann was so friendly and helpful, doing everything she could to make us feel welcome. I'd enthusiastically recommend Charlotte's to anyone coming to Mtunzini for work or leisure.

It's so peaceful and relaxing here, and the staff are friendly with excellent service. I'd highly recommend it for a stay in the Mtunzini area. I can't wait to come back, and would visit every month if I could.
