The mountain views are breathtaking, and the garden is beautiful, with a pool for a cool dip. This is a peaceful place to get away in a quiet mountain town. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are beautiful and well kept. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a refrigerator for cool drinks, and air conditioning for hot days. Wi-Fi is available for all guests. Everyone gets a room key and a remote for the main gate, so you can come and go as you please. Breakfast includes delicious eggs, omelettes, cereal, and fruit juices. There are plenty of nearby restaurants for lunch or dinner, or you can order through Uber Eats. Uber is also available in the area if you haven't hired a car.

The hosts welcomed us warmly, and all the staff were really lovely. Still, the accommodation itself was disappointing. The rooms are small and dated, and you can hear your neighbors sneeze and snore. The facilities badly need attention. I'm not sure why it's listed as a 4-star hotel. We wouldn't stay again, and I don't think the price makes sense for what you get.

Hands down the best lodge I've ever slept at. BRIAN AND ANETTE, keep up the great work. You guys are awesome, and I'd HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone.

The room was great, the views were lovely, and Brian's warmth made us feel very welcome. We would have stayed longer if they'd had space. Brian served an excellent breakfast himself. The Wi-Fi was a bit iffy, but we highly recommend the place.

Annette and Brian are such lovely people, and Annette went out of her way to help us find restaurants and wine farms. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. We absolutely loved our stay at Paarl Mountain Lodge, it was a wonderful experience.
