Carol knows all sorts of wonderful things to do in Parys, and she and her adorable cat, Issey, made us feel so welcome and cared for. She was super friendly and helpful, going the extra mile throughout. For our wedding anniversary, there was a bottle of wine, a personalised card and beautiful pink roses waiting when we arrived. She also offered to book dinner for us ahead of the exceptionally busy weekend so we wouldn't be disappointed. Silver Linings Cottage is a beautifully appointed, comfortable little place for a peaceful, rejuvenating break, with all the comforts of home and more. We wouldn't hesitate to come back, and highly recommend staying here.

The safe parking and excellent value for money were much appreciated. The hostess was friendly and very efficient, and the cottage had all the comforts you could want. There's also a lovely outdoor space full of roses. The quality white percale linen was the cherry on top. You don't find that in many places in this price range.

Carol gave us lots of useful tips for the area and was a gracious, thoughtful host. The cottage has extensive amenities and feels just like home. We’ll be back, especially with secure parking in the electric door garages.

It was our first time staying inside someone's home, but our lovely hostess made us feel like family. The home and peaceful garden are beautiful. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
