The massage was the best of the best, and we’re grateful to the De Strandloper team! Hotel De Strandloper in Paternoster gave us an unforgettable stay. The beachfront setting is stunning, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the lovely cottages fit the hotel’s luxury-and-relaxation concept perfectly. Staff were warm and attentive, the food was fresh and delicious, and the whole atmosphere felt peaceful. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back.

We loved our two nights at Strandloper Ocean Boutique Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, the food was excellent, and the team looked after us so warmly. It’s peaceful right beside the ocean, with lovely views and direct access from the room. Next time, we’ll stay longer and enjoy more of Paternoster.

The view across what looked like savannah was something else. Each night we could stretch out under the stars and share a quiet moment together. There were long beach walks, a lazy day by the pool with martinis, and breakfast served with a smile. The turndown service was lovely too. I’m not usually comfortable in posh hotels, having worked in them when I was young. Being looked after can bring out the worst in me, and I dislike the idea that five-star guests are more important than anyone else. That said, this place felt unique and our stay was special. The staff were on point, and the service was polished without going overboard. Yes, yes, and more yes.
