The host gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and arranged breakfast early for us, which we really appreciated. Service was great, and we’d definitely recommend it for an overnight stay. We stopped here for a night after the panorama route and before Kruger. Just don’t expect much from the pool. Thanks very much!

For the price, the location is fantastic and the service friendly. Breakfast was okay, though there wasn’t much warm food variety for vegans or vegetarians. I was disappointed by the room. It felt old and dull, unlike the booking photos. The automatic mosquito spray was helpful, but its smell became overwhelming, and the lighting was too bright. There are bedside lamps as an alternative, but no two-pin plugs, so bring your own.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast was okay, but I expected better. The bathroom curtain was filthy, and the ceiling had disgusting stains. Towels and linen hadn’t been changed, so we had to reuse them. The pool was even worse. I’ve never seen such a dirty swimming pool.

The room was good, and they welcomed us with a very nice wine. The receptionist treated us amazingly, and the waitresses were so friendly. Honestly, Lalamo Guest House was awesome. We didn’t expect such a warm welcome and fantastic treatment. We’ll definitely stay there again when we go back to Kruger national Park.

Staff are friendly, and WiFi is available, though it wasn’t very fast or stable. The rooms were clean but somewhat old, and there were too many air fresheners for my taste. A decent guesthouse for a night before heading into the Kruger Park.
