The B&B is tucked away somewhere quiet, and breakfast comes with an ocean view. Our room was comfortable, and we got a free upgrade that included a bathtub. The two dogs were another lovely extra: friendly and happy to be cuddled, though you could easily leave them alone if pets aren't your thing. Inga was a wonderful host, full of local knowledge about Plettenberg bay. Whatever we wanted to do, she tried to help, shared what was worth knowing, and often arranged activities at a discount. We had a great five nights. If we come back to Plattenberg Bay, we'd stay here again. Greetings Florian & Thalina

The area was quiet and felt very safe. We stayed in beautiful rooms with lovely views, and the family hosting us were so friendly. A stunning place.

The second-floor rooms have a clear ocean view, and the guest house is close to both supermarkets and the beach. There are lots of little whale-themed decorations that suit the name. The bed was really comfortable, and if you leave the curtains open, a beautiful sunrise might wake you.

We spent the first night in the honeymoon suite, which was lovely, with thoughtful decor and a big window looking out to sea. For night two we moved to a garden-view room. That one was good too, just without the ocean view. The B&B is in a safe area near the beach and a small shopping mall. Breakfast was an extra 90 ZAR, with fresh fruit and an English breakfast.
