Those gardens are incredible. The whole place feels quite magical, and what a fabulous spot.

We were new to the area, so the hosts' suggestions each morning about places to see and things to do were a real help. The suite was a lovely surprise, nicely decorated and set in beautifully landscaped grounds. It had a separate bedroom and a working fireplace, which was a treat. We started our Garden route from here in late September and were so pleased with the room and helpful hostess that I worried the places we'd stay afterward might not measure up.

The one thing that bothered us was being charged for an old, dirty baby high chair. None of the other six places we rented in South Africa charged us for one. Otherwise, we enjoyed our self-catering unit, which had a washing machine and bbq. The hosts were great, the gardens gorgeous, and the pool a good size. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, or a five-minute drive into town.

Kathy made us feel so welcome, and Zee-Zee and Jack are the cutest little dogs. The garden is beautiful and relaxing, the beds are lovely and comfy, and it's pet friendly too. Corner Way House is such a peaceful place. I'll definitely come back.

We needed somewhere at the last minute, and Cornerway was able to fit us in. The cottage guesthouse was quaint and homely, with a comfortable room, lovely decor and amenities, and delicious coffee this morning. We loved it. If we come to Plett again, we know where we'll stay.
