Breakfast and the food were delicious, and the chef chatting with guests made it feel more personal. I also loved the little festive chocolates in Christmas boxes. Our scenic room had gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony, and even the eco-friendly soaps and handwash smelled lovely. From arrival, the staff were welcoming and attentive, giving us a tour and starting things off with cocktails. The manager checked in often and made us feel special. We had a truly five-star stay at Sky Villa Boutique Hotel.

Breakfast was very good, but the restaurant wasn't satisfying, and the atmosphere felt cold despite the view. The hotel seems short on leadership, and the staff weren't especially charming. Our room had bedbugs, so we had to move. The rooftop terrace wasn't usable because the fireplace exhaust vents straight onto it. And the supposed sea view looks onto McDonald’s, with main street noise.

We checked the website before coming, but it didn't mention the new policy. When we arrived hoping to have a cocktail and enjoy the view, we were told non-residents can no longer come for drinks, breakfast, or lunch, only dinner. Very disappointing. They should update the website.

We've visited every year on holiday for drinks, usually finding the terrace quiet and often being the only ones there. Today we were told outside guests aren't allowed anymore. Regrettably, the website doesn't mention this. Why not?

Planning from out of town brought its own challenges, but Chef Garth and Lorette understood the assignment, LOL. Nothing about our wedding at Sky Villa Hotel fell short of spectacular. The whole team put in so much effort and made our day truly unforgettable. You guys are superstars. Lots of love, Irina & Arno.
