The room was roomy, but terribly stuffy, and the unusually low ceiling made it feel like we were trapped. The bathroom was even worse, with mould on the ceiling. It was disgusting. We only slept there because we arrived in the early hours of the morning. As soon as we saw the room, we knew we wouldn't spend another night there.

Cedric was very welcoming and helpful. The room had air conditioning, the fridge worked well, and hot water was available. It's close to Savannah and Mall of the North, so I'd consider staying here again.

The place looks lovely, and our room was clean. Security were also very helpful. But we were cold all night because we couldn't find the aircon remote, and the TV remote was missing too. The wardrobe felt flimsy, and the white couch looked great but was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Cedric looked after us so well. He gave us useful suggestions and made sure he could help with anything we might have reason to complain about.

The rooms were clean, but I wasn't happy with the Covid protocols. There was a noisy party, and the manager listened when we raised it. One phone call was all it took for us to sleep peacefully.
