My stay at Ruby Stone was horrible. There were cockroaches in the room, and I had to chase them around and kill them before trying to sleep. After that, I couldn’t really sleep anyway. The towels were dirty, with brown stains, and there were sticky marks on the headboard that looked like... well, you know. I asked the manager to call me about it, but they don’t seem interested.

The location is wonderful, and security is good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though you need to watch out on the stairs. The TV doesn’t work, and the entertainment is old and needs upgrading. For the price charged, I don’t think the service offers good value for money.

It’s a quiet, relaxing place, and I enjoyed everything. The rooms are clean and have good ventilation, and breakfast was excellent.
