Town Lodge Polokwane

This was my second business stay here, and Katlego made dinner a great experience. The breakfast buffet was good, and it's well placed for getting onto the highway, with enough safe parking. The rooms have what you need, including air conditioning and a safe. There's no fridge or iron, though laundry service is available.

We checked in on 29 Nov 2025, with no warning that a huge festival was happening next to the hotel. It was noisy and unpleasant when you're looking for peace. The noise continued until 5, and we couldn't go into town that night because we wouldn't have been able to get our parking space back. At 6:30, we found our room door standing open. We hadn't opened it, so it felt like a violation of our privacy. I spoke with the manager, who said the cameras were too far from our room. The restaurant coffee machine wasn't working on 29 Nov 2025. On 30 Nov 2025, there was no toilet paper in the men's reception bathrooms, and there were beer bottles lying around. I tried calling head office, but they told me to speak to the manager.

The room was a decent size and clean, and it does the job if that's what you need. The shower worked, but the water pressure and temperature adjustment weren't great.

Good evening. I really enjoyed dinner, and my waitress Leratho was kind, friendly, and well trained. She kept smiling and checking on me and the other guests. I think she could train her colleagues too. I enjoyed my stay, thank you.
