The garden is beautiful and the privacy made for a peaceful break, even though the beach is a bit of a distance away. Mandy and John were wonderful hosts, and Mandy went out of her way to make us comfortable. She arranged a cheesecake and a book for my mom's birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made her happy. I have a serious fear of cats, so Mandy kindly kept her two cats inside while we were there. My family and I really appreciated that care. We'd happily recommend Palm Beach chalets for a quiet holiday and plan to visit again.

We booked all three apartments for three nights and four days, but still wished we could have stayed longer. The garden has lovely owl features, with mountain views on one side and the beach on the other, and we had the sparkling pool to ourselves. Each apartment also has its own braai area. Mandy was warm and helpful throughout. We had an amazing holiday at Palm Beach Chalets and will definitely book again.

A peaceful break with easy access to the attractions around Port Edward. Palm Beach Chalet is close by, yet away from the busy city, and the accommodation is cozy and affordable. It has a family-friendly feel, whether you want to explore nearby or just relax. I'd recommend it for a memorable getaway.

Mandy made us feel welcome, and it was good value. The side garden looks out over the sea, estuary and river, in a pleasant setting. I had some concerns about security, but there are beams, an electric fence and a trellidoor, so we had no issues.
