Save your money and your health, stay somewhere else. We felt scammed by what we paid, and even a tenth of the price would have been too much. The place ruined our holiday. It was old, dirty, falling apart, and infested with pests, a health hazard in our view. The worst part was finding rats and cockroaches in the living areas, plus rat droppings on the breakfast table and around the eating spaces. That’s an appalling health violation, and I dread to think what the kitchen looked like. There clearly weren’t pest control measures in place. The shower was caked with grime, the towels had an old, musty damp smell that made us hesitant to touch them, and the bedding felt so off that we couldn’t get under the blankets. We couldn’t trust that anything had been washed or sanitized. The smell of age and grime hit us as soon as we entered. The walls had unexplained marks and stains, while the dining room and lounge looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed or dusted in years. It was revolting, and we left feeling like we needed a deep clean ourselves.
