Anopam Guest House

I live nearby, I'm not a guest, and while I'm writing this I'm hearing loud, unpleasant music from this so-called “Bed & Breakfast.” It's in a residential neighbourhood with families, elderly neighbours, and schoolchildren, but the noise keeps carrying on. On 29/11/25, there was a party where local High School pupils mixed with adults. The invitation was shared in learners' WhatsApp groups. Many of those pupils were underage, as we know them and saw them, yet they were being served alcohol and possibly other substances. That's one example. The venue has been a noise problem every weekend for the past few months. We've reported it to a DA councillor in Ward 53 and to Tshwane Metro, but nothing has changed. The owners keep breaking noise rules in this suburban area and carrying on with other questionable activities. We have evidence, and they make no effort to hide it. They show no respect for the neighbourhood's peace and seem focused on making money at residents' expense. Music blasts right next to our homes all day Saturday, late into the night, then starts again on Sunday morning. This can't continue. Officials need to look into whether this “B&B / Guesthouse” is legitimate and what is really going on there. We have receipts and proof of the ongoing problem.
