Alet was so welcoming and nice, which made the stay even better. Everything was neat and comfortable, and the place was spotless and well maintained with a modern, stylish feel. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and DStv and fast WiFi were a big plus. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The place felt comfortable and welcoming, and the care put into the details made my stay even nicer. Alet was thoughtful and accommodating throughout, making sure everything was right without hovering. I had a lovely time at 464 on 22nd Avenue and would gladly recommend it for a warm, pleasant stay.

You'll feel welcome here, so go ahead and book a stay. It's close to Steve Biko Academy Hosp. and not far from the Pta Farmers Market and plenty of other places. I had a really relaxed stay.

We felt very safe, and the owners were wonderfully friendly. The breakfasts were out of this world. Our unit was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had beds with super clean white linen.

The breakfast was delicious, and Alet and her husband were wonderful hosts who helped us with so much. I stayed here with my husband and six-year-old son. We all loved the place and will definitely come back.
