The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast had a big, enjoyable variety. Still, I wouldn't stay longer than the one evening we spent there. The hot water was barely warmer than cold, and with the cold air around it was awful getting out of the shower. The building needs serious maintenance, especially the walkways and passages, with peeling paint, damaged tiles, and ceiling damage. They also didn't provide enough coffee and sugar for everyone in the room.

We enjoyed a lovely night, with a delicious breakfast included. The mall is only 400m away, and we took a stroll there to choose from its many restaurants.

The area felt safe, and the place was peaceful and clean. The hosts were friendly and always available to help, and the rooms were beautiful and cleaned every day. It's close to the mall and has its own restaurant. I'd definitely recommend it, and I'd love to come back to this place if I visit Pretoria again.

Everyone at Brooklyn Lodge helped make the stay feel warm and welcoming, from the security team and management to housekeeping. The place was kept to a high standard, and the hospitality made the visit memorable. I'd happily recommend it for a comfortable stay and would use their services again.

Angelo, Maria and the rest of the staff made this feel like a home away from home. The food was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean with the essentials. I especially appreciated how easily management worked around our work group's changing plans and needs. Thanks so much, I'll definitely be back!
