Waking up to those breathtaking views each morning felt like a dream. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and beautifully kept, and the food was thoughtfully prepared and delicious at every meal. Staff went out of their way to make us feel looked after and welcome. I had an incredible stay, and the whole experience beat what I expected. I'd happily recommend it to anyone after comfort, luxury, and memorable moments. Can't wait to return!

We had to set our own tables at breakfast, and the service didn't feel like five-star service. The meal was the worst we've ever had. Two weeks before our event, we chose stuffed kingklip, but the fish we got was frozen and seemed microwaved, with water oozing out of it. The sides were shocking too. This was nowhere near five stars.

The views of Pretoria from the top were 360 degrees, and the place itself is stunning. That still couldn't save the day. We came for Sunday high tea at 12:00 and nobody greeted us. Everything was cold or stale: dry scones, macaroons crumbling apart, hard sandwiches, cold tea, and sweets that were a joke, better ones are available at the SPAR. They served the water hot without ice. We were shocked by how bad the food and service were. Super disappointed. Please do BETTER!

The rooms and location are really good, but the meals fell short. Lunch cost far too much for what you got, and breakfast was only okay. The cooked breakfast was very oily and average. This place doesn't deserve five stars, and the whole stay was well below expectations.

The hotel has a viewing spot at the top with a panoramic outlook. My room was very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and good views. The food was very good, and the service felt friendly and relaxed. Staying here was a wonderful experience.
