HotelHatfield - Hatfield Apartments

The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, and receptionist Emy was especially kind. The hotel is a good option if you’re going to the urology hospital for treatment. I was there with my family for an operation, and we had four rooms from the 28th of September until the 4th, with some rooms checked out on the 3rd. After I was discharged, I came back for two more nights. On the last day, I asked the receptionist on duty for a 1 PM late checkout because my condition meant I needed to use the bathroom often. She refused, even after I explained why. While waiting outside for my ride, I asked where I could use a toilet since there isn’t one at reception. I had to use a staff toilet outside, and it wasn’t very clean. I was extremely disappointed by how the receptionist on duty on October 4, between 11 AM and 1:30 PM, treated me. She was unfriendly and quite rude. Sometimes people need to understand what others are going through, especially when they’re sick.
