Our bags had been ransacked and some things were stolen, which was the worst part of the stay. The bathroom had roaches, and the water was freezing all weekend, so showering was miserable. I wouldn't recommend booking a room here.

The website showed rooms available, so I booked and paid. When I called to say I was on my way to check in, I was told every room was full. I've asked for my money back, but they've ignored my calls and messages. Avoid these people.

Everything about this stay was awful. There was no water or electricity, and it seemed they hadn't paid the bills, since everywhere else had services that day. The room and bedding were dirty too. Worst stay of my life.

A rude, selfish old man screamed at me and insulted me when I was checking out. I was supposed to pay R500 for a fridge. Those rooms are like fridges, mortuary rooms, and the water is cold when you bathe early in the morning. He'll yell at you asking for rent money. Nonsense place.

The place smelled bad, and the bedding, toilet and floor were all dirty. There was no hot water, and I couldn't even sleep. Worst stay of my life. Such false advertising.
