After hearing plenty of complaints about the baccarat machines, I tried them for fun. One hand showed a 7 and a 2, but the machine recorded it as a natural 9. The screen then showed a king and an ace, which seemed very odd and made me doubt the statistics they display. I've visited seven times and never once had a good experience. The high-limit tables are hardly ever open, and when they are, they seem set up so the player always loses. I also saw an elderly woman playing blackjack for more than 36 hours. Neither the floor managers nor the casino manager checked on her or asked her to stop, even as she spent most of her pension. Staff just stood around smiling and laughing.

Times Square Security went out of their way to find my husband's wallet, and I really appreciate it. Their help saved us weeks of work replacing all his important cards. Please pass my thanks on to the team. They took our request seriously and made finding the wallet a priority. Thanks again!

The food itself was better at breakfast on the ground floor the next day, where my wife chose to eat. Our VIP breakfast on the 12th floor was a different story: the feta was off, there wasn't even any jam, and the chefs taking egg orders were unfriendly. The chefs and waiters need more training. Their service can change your mood very quickly, especially in the morning.

There's plenty of neat, spacious parking for everyone attending. Staff, security, and the food vendors on the floors were helpful too.

I've tried this at four casinos and each visit has been a waste of time. My MVG platinum card still won't connect to the Sun International app, and it really doesn't make me feel valued as a guest. How long will it take to fix? I'm sure I'm not the only one dealing with this.
