The property was peaceful and clearly well cared for, with thoughtful details in both the rooms and shared spaces. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and felt both luxurious and homey. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh and well prepared, and served with care. The staff were warm and welcoming without hovering. I spent two nights at The Symphony Guest House and was thoroughly impressed. If you're after a quiet, comfortable, professional place to stay in Queenstown, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

The hosts really went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay. The place was safe, quiet, and clean, and the service pleasantly surprised me, especially compared with the renowned hotel where I stayed the previous night in East London. I spent two nights here on a business trip through the Eastern Cape. This is actually a four star rated facility. Definitely recommend. Thank you Charne and Andrea, it was a lovely experience.

A really good stopover, and we'll be back. The room had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, a kitchenette, and a lovely bathroom. The staff were very welcoming, the location was great, and the parking felt very safe and secure. They're on solar energy, so load shedding didn't affect us at all.
