Hillton Manor Guest House

I’ve been let down three times after booking through hilton manor. They change what you booked and paid for months ahead, then only tell you at the last minute. The first time, we didn’t even have anywhere to go.

There’s a complete lack of professionalism here. Even after taking deposits, they do whatever they want with bookings and show no consideration for clients. Be very wary about booking with them.

The breakfast was a real surprise in the best way. I travel a lot and often find guesthouses stick to the basics, but Hillton Manor served genuinely good food, especially for what we paid. They even put out free cake in the afternoon to have with coffee, a lovely touch. The rooms were clean, spacious, and lovely, and one of the two rooms we booked was upgraded to the pool room at no charge. There are several nice spots around the property to relax. We stayed overnight on Sunday with family and were so impressed we wished we could add another day. From booking through our extra requests, everything was handled professionally and with understanding. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

We had a great stay at Hilton Manor, with especially good hospitality from Mr Dlamini. The lake view is beautiful, and the mall isn’t far away. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast.
