Savannah Lodge Honeydew

I’ve lived here for over a year and wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. There are constant parties in the parking lot, and people get violent if you ask them to keep quiet. People park each other in, leaving you unable to get to work. The workers staying here party even more than the residents and cause a lot of disturbance. No matter how many times it’s reported, the body corporate does nothing.

It’s a quiet, chilled place with a wonderfully maintained garden and neat driveways with shelter. Nothing fancy, just standard infrastructure kept intact if you need reliable accommodation. There’s electric fencing and offsite remote security cameras.

The host replied very quickly whenever we had a problem. The bathroom needs attention: the cold water tap was a bit of a nightmare to use in the shower, and the shower button on the outlet wasn’t fully working. After flushing, you have to wait for the toilet lever to come back up, or the water keeps running.

Savannah Lodge is a complex of several blocks of flats, with accommodation from one to three bedrooms. The flats are privately owned, and the complex is managed under sectional title. The low maintenance face brick buildings are well kept. Security is very good, though tenants can sometimes be noisy, especially the groups of children in the complex.
