Grand Central Guesthouse

Guests were singing and making noise from 01h00, and there was no control over it. It’s now 3h16 and they still haven’t let up! 🤬

Parking was available, and the place is close to the Rustenburg mall. They served us a hot breakfast with coffee or juice, and you can book family rooms for three. Melissa and Jackie welcomed us warmly and had a great sense of humor. We booked and checked in within 30 minutes 😎 👌. We absolutely loved our overnight stay and will definitely come back.

The breakfast was the best. It was a pleasant stay in a peaceful, comfortable location, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I’d recommend it.

The booking communication was great, with follow-ups to confirm and check whether we were still coming. We booked two nights for the family, and the service was good. The rooms were clean and big enough for us, though there are rules against eating in the room. I’m not sure how practical that is when there are still cockroaches in the rooms. We couldn’t get hot water for showers. Adults could manage a hot-and-cold shower, but that wasn’t possible for the kids, and I don’t know why there was no hot water. Most of the workers hardly greeted us. Jackie was the only friendly person around, and most people there didn’t greet. We still had fun with the family because we had activities to attend during the day.
