Pula Nala Lodge

The AC worked, but there was dust throughout the room and old stains on the pillowcase. The shower had no door, which was inconvenient, and a block pad between the curtains stopped them from closing all the way. The house in front of the lodge also looked unsafe. We got there before check-in and asked to leave our bags, but the receptionist said there was nowhere to put clients' bags. So we waited almost two hours with them for the room to be ready. When check-in time came, we had to fetch the receptionist to open the room for us. The rule book said early arrival would be charged a fee, but the receptionist never told us about that. We wasted two good hours for nothing. At breakfast, they served us a random meal without asking what we wanted. There are lots of rules here that they don't follow themselves.

The friendly staff and great service made a big impression on me, and I loved the aesthetics. My stay at Pula Nala was amazing. I'd especially recommend it for couples. Thanks for making my staycation such a great experience 🙌🏼🔥🫡😊.

The sliding doors stick, and the pool was dirty. The white towels had brown marks, while the linen smelled bad even though it looked clean. This place is below four-star standard. A real waste of my organisation's money, especially since the owners declined to refund me. #dissapointed!

My family and friends surprised me with a birthday weekend here, and the staff were so professional. The place is beautiful, and all my guests were impressed. They're already saying they'll book again. One friend even suggested making it an annual get-together at the same lodge. That's how happy everyone was with what it offered. Well done.
